Eliyce AI Adoption Programme

AI is moving fast. Give your team a clear way forward.

Help your existing engineering team turn individual AI coding practices into a shared delivery process, with clear acceptance, reviewable checks and named ownership.

Start with one application. Work with your current engineers and suppliers.

Check programme fit

Tell us about your team and what you want to improve. Suitable applications can proceed to an appointment request. Haider confirms appointments personally.

For teams already using AI

Already using AI. Ready for a shared approach?

Your team may already see real benefits from AI. The next question is how useful individual practices become a way of working the team can rely on.

We begin with your actual workflow. Where your current tools and practices already work, we build on them.

  • What should be agreed before implementation begins?
  • Which checks support acceptance, and what remains uncertain?
  • Can another engineer continue the work without reconstructing the original session?
  • Who maintains the process when tools, people or requirements change?
Your team

Your team stays at the centre

Hiring Eliyce developers is not a requirement. Your team supplies the application knowledge and owns the decisions about its software. We provide the agreed implementation help, practical training and handover.

The initial scope is one application, including its frontend and backend where applicable. Additional applications are agreed separately.

Background reading

Explore the thinking behind the framework

Haider Lasani's AI Builds, You Own series explores how teams prepare work, make decisions and retain human ownership while using AI.

The Backlog That Thinks

Explores clearer requests, acceptance and review.

The Decisions AI Can't Make for You

Explores architectural choices, accountability and decisions that become expensive to change.

Reading the books is not a requirement for a conversation. Illustrative cases in the books are not customer outcome claims.

Practical questions

Practical questions

Who is this for?

Software product teams using or experimenting with AI coding tools, with an engineering leader who wants to address a shared delivery, acceptance or review problem. We assess fit rather than assume every team needs the programme.

Do we have to replace our tools or suppliers?

No supplier replacement is required. Compatibility with your environment is assessed before committing to the work.

Can we use the free framework ourselves?

Yes. The programme is for teams that want help applying the method, coordinating adoption and establishing independent operation.

How do the books, framework and Spine differ?

The books explain the thinking. The free framework supports the working method. Paqad Spine is the customer-hosted software component for shared evidence. The programme provides training and implementation around your agreed application and team.

Does this guarantee correct software or compliance?

No. Checks support particular conclusions, and people still decide whether the evidence is sufficient. The programme does not certify compliance or guarantee defect-free software.

What will it cost, and how long will it take?

Scope, participation, delivery dates, programme fees, the Spine licence and ongoing responsibilities are set out in a proposal before you commit.
