Stop all email

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an Eliyce email. That link applies to the address that received the message. If you cannot find it, email [email protected] from that address and tell us what you want stopped.

Appointments and other channels

This form does not cancel or reschedule an appointment. Use the links in your appointment email or reply to discuss changes. If you want to change a previously agreed contact channel, tell Haider which channel and purpose you want changed. A preference request does not subscribe you to SMS, WhatsApp or another marketing series.

If you later want to resume education or suggest a date, email Haider for a personal review. Sending a new book request will not automatically remove a hold.
